SD868 extrusion production is the domestically newest ice cream production line researched and developed on the basis of foreign advanced equipments. The working station has 3 standard stations: single-arc cutting, horizontal pressing and 3-head filling system. The horizontal pressing and 3-head filling procedure is controlled by the column cam.
The column cam is controlled by the motor. 3 stations can be used independently, or in groups. The equipment adopts newest chain tension structure, with altogether 19 tension chain wheel. The driving motor is installed in the refrigerator. (explosion proof and water proof.)
