SD868 extrusion production is the domestically newest ice cream
production line researched and developed on the basis of foreign
advanced equipments. The working station has 3 standard stations:
single-arc cutting, horizontal pressing and 3-head filling system.
The horizontal pressing and 3-head filling procedure is controlled
by the column cam.
The column cam is controlled by the motor. 3 stations can be used
independently, or in groups. The equipment adopts newest chain
tension structure, with altogether 19 tension chain wheel. The
driving motor is installed in the refrigerator. (explosion proof
and water proof.)
The equipment adopts advanced components including SIEMENS screen,
FESTO electromagnetic valve, cylinder, SIEMENS PLC programmable
controller, etc. The operation system is complete electric
appliance linkage, with 5 motors. The machine is equipped with 1
set of mechanical arm and link with the electric appliance.
The equipment claims characters of beautiful appearance, easy
operation, convenient cleaning, thus being applicable for the
production of large and medium sized companies.
